Sellers is a Black Country based independent firm of Chartered Surveyors established in 1991, though it's roots can be traced back to the 1940's.

The practice specialises, as it has always done, in providing professional advice to individuals and organisations with commercial/industrial property interests.

The directors and staff at Sellers pride themselves in offering a wealth of experience and expertise in all property matters throughout the Black Country and extending further afield. We are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation and we fully comply with the regulations laid down by those professional bodies.

In 2019 Sellers Commercial joined Harris Lamb, a multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors operating one of the largest independently owned practices in the Midlands. 

The range of skills across the practice and geographical coverage provide a good awareness of the factors that are driving the market at any time. This enables HL to provide proactive advice to clients. We act for major corporate occupiers, developers, funds, and the Public Sector.

HL employ 85 staff across six offices operating from Birmingham, Worcester, Dudley, Stoke, Nottingham and Telford.

HL specialise in dealing with all types of properties in the Industrial/ Warehouse sector, ranging from small traditional stand alone units, through to trade counter units, to mid box and large scale regional and national distribution centres, and large multi-let industrial estates.
